Administrative, Scientific and Technical Management

This workpackage that involves all Partners will be devoted to the scientific, technical and administrative management of the Consortium to ensure its best development and positive achievements of its objectives. To reach the best professional level, Eurelations will be in charge of the administrative aspects and will assist all partners. Atheris will coordinate this workpackage managing resources and knowledge, Consortium agreement and communication. It will be responsible for overseeing research, making data and progression reports. Its role will also be to facilitate decision making procedures and information flow chart to move efficiently towards the objectives of the project in agreement with administrative, financial, legal issues and delivery dates. The decision making structure will be constituted of the Project Coordinator assisted by an Administrative Assistant Manager and by a Project Executive Board.
